You can't go in and sit down anymore, you order 4 things in the lobby they make the tray and off you go. It's alot of food though.

So lady at register gave me sass because I didn't see why they would insist on a tip. Literally went in, was brought water and got up to get my own food and didn't require any additional service. The expectation to receive money in additional to the payment was interesting to me. I inquired what made her insist on the tip and after a brief back and forth to, let it go. I write this to say. A tip is for additional service above and/or beyond what I am paying for. At least, the last time I checked. Clearly the business missed that part and the insisting aspect of their bill is rather ridiculous especially when there is barely any service other than the food and drink which should be covered in the price for the meal. Food was good. Hibachi wasn't bad. Would I return? Yes, I do believe so. Clean for the most part. Did not see anything that made me dislike or question the integrity of the meal.
