Placed an online order for 3 items. When I showed up I was asked if I was picking up for Michael and I said yes. He handed me my coffee and as I stood there awkwardly he asked are you waiting for something else and I said yes. A few minutes (not seconds later) I was brought my second item and thanked and I said my order was still not complete and that I had a third item and they went and got it. Don't all 3 items show on the order when it comes in? It wasn't even that busy.

Service is usually quick and friendly, but for the love of all things holy PLEASE EDUCATE your staff on how to make a matcha. I am sick of spending $5 on a cup of green tinted milk with an inch of matcha powder at the bottom. It’s disgusting and a waste. This is the only location in the area that I have this issue consistently.

I’ve been there about 4 times and each time I get the iced caramel macchiato “with extra caramel” each time I asked for extra caramel and never receive it now I’m driving away drinking a bitter coffee.

Worst dunkin in the area. Past 3 times ive gone something has been wrong with my order. Whether it be giving me the wrong donuts, or messing up my drink, there is almost always an issue. They always put oat milk in my drink instead of whole milk, even after confirming multiple times. Today i asked for a iced vanilla latte, got to the window and was given a hot latte, was running late so i took it and left, only to realize they didnt even give me the right flavor and had made it just a plain hot latte. Make sure you check every item before you leave and confirm every item you ordered before leaving or you will have something wrong.
