As an Afghan, I can tell you this place is legit. Very authentic. Only downside is the naan is store bought pita. The ambiance is perfect. Warm and feels like I'm in Afghanistan. The service was decent too. Kabob was very tender. Rice could use a bit of work but very good. Will come back.
My wife and I have been going to Afghan Kebab House for years and it has always been an enjoyable experience with great food. The service is impeccable with the restaurant owner often coming to the table to make sure you are getting everything you need. The atmosphere is casual and quiet- perfect for people to enjoy their meal without distractions. And as a bonus, it is BYOB so you can enjoy your favorite wine without the usual restaurant mark-up.
