One of the best bars, period. Incredible amaro and bitters collection, interesting cocktails, encyclopedic knowledge and great service. We ended up in an impromptu amaro educational session and enjoyed it thoroughly. We hit up a few places here on cocktail row, and AyA was about 1/3 the price and 2x the fun. Get the Brawny Man cocktail or Sharpie Mustache.
Busy with standing room only. A lot of spirit-forward and amaro-focused cocktails, those were great but if that’s not your thing then go elsewhere. Also have a store area in the entrance, selling cocktail bitters, books etc.Vegetarian options: It’s a bar.

Brought a small group here on a Saturday night around 7PM. We just managed to snag spots by the bar. I didn't see seats anywhere, but the overall vibe is still pretty cool. Hundreds, if not thousands, of bottles of bitters line the walls, giving it a midcentury apothecary feel.
