The dining room has efficient little booths crammed into a space full of old graffiti and celebrity photos. The soundtrack is Stevie Wonder and Ella Fitzgerald, both welcome. (Didn't have any wait at 11:30am.) And the pizza! Our large pie showed up in what felt like 5 min, and it was fantastic. The amazing sauce was clearly made in house -- a far cry from the crappy canned sauce so many places use. Ample cheese and a crisp, delicious crust made every part of it fantastic. We started out with the Scallion Pancake and Vegetable Dumplings. I don't eat Scallion Pancakes very often because most places don't make it very well. Joe's Pancake was perfection! Cooked just right with layers of flavors. The Dumplings were light and fresh. For our main course we had Chicken with Broccoli and Sauteed Crystal Shrimp. Both were delicious and very generous portions. It was the first time I had had the Crystal Shrimp and I couldn't stop eating them. The Staff was very nice and we felt very well attended to but not overly so. We are really looking forward to returning so we can try some dishes that we have never had before.“

On top of everything and most importantly the food is AMAZING. It's now $7.50 (instead of $6) for a regular cup of gelato, with up to 2 flavors. The portions are huge though, so two people can easily share a cup. * Ferrero Rocher I was dead set on ordering this flavor, and it was everything I imagined it to be. Sweet, smooth, rich, and creamy, with blended Ferrero Rocher bits. I found an almost whole Ferrero Rocher piece at the bottom of my cup and loved the added crunch. * Caffè Absolutely divine and exactly how I like my coffee. This flavor perfectly balanced the sweet and creamy elements of gelato with the rich and subtle, bitter notes of dark roast coffee. Highly recommend!“

The phat see ew and phat Thai ($25 for beef, $24 for chicken) were solid choices, but I had expected a larger portion for that price. The disco fries ($13) and roti ($12) were okay. For drinks, we shared a punch bowl, which was STRONG and definitely enough for 4-6 people. Some dishes had a long wait and I did think the cost was high for the sizes, but I would still recommend coming at least for the French toast!“

First off, amazing to see that there were no added sugars and that all the components of their drinks were individually perfected.We ended up ordering and got our drinks pretty quickly, but while we waited one of the staff members offered us a sample of their pudding topping. It was great to try and extremely kind of the staff to offer, especially because there was no incentive for them to do so as we had already ordered.You can tell that the staff really care about making a great business. They haven’t been open for too long, and I hope they receive lots of support so I can go back and try more of the drinks they have to offer.In terms of seating, they don’t offer any, but you can easily walk around the area and find some or walk while drinking.You can also get a stamp card to get a discount on your tenth return!TLDR: Amazing drinks, not too sweet, very refreshing.
