The restaurant is not easy to find and the atmosphere is nothing special.The lunch dishes are served in fast food style. But the dishes we ordered were really good! Also absolutely cheap for NY. Therefore an unconditional recommendation!
I ordered spicy squid, not bad. But in a small portion. Restaurant located on the corner of 3rd floor, with a tiny door, which is closed all the time. Really hard to find it, if you come first time.
