Been here a few times and each time I go I'm always hoping it will be better than the last time. I always order pretzel bites. This time, like the time before it, the pretzels aren't broken up and are all stuck together. At least half the pretzels were a bit too dark and the salt was uneven. Most bites hardly had any salt and some were too salty. The frozen lemonade was the star for me and was super tasty! This Auntie Anne's is a small kiosk inside the Fulton Center complex, but despite being in a transit hub, it never seems very busy. The ordering experience completely depends on who's working that day. Half the time, the staff here doesn't seem to know what's going on when it comes to the app and reward redemptions, and the rest of the time, service is quick and the transaction is a couple of minutes at most.
