Been here a few times and each time I go I'm always hoping it will be better than the last time. I always order pretzel bites. This time, like the time before it, the pretzels aren't broken up and are all stuck together. At least half the pretzels were a bit too dark and the salt was uneven. Most bites hardly had any salt and some were too salty. The frozen lemonade was the star for me and was super tasty! Paid $15+tax for a frozen lemonade and a pretzel bite which seems a bit pricey. The staff is always very kind and respectful.

Normally don't write reviews but very shocked by the horrible customer service. I paid for a salted pretzel and after looking inside the bag I noticed it was burnt and deformed. I asked to get a different pretzel (hadn't touched the pretzel they gave me). The employees refused despite having over 100 pretzels available and the store closing in less than 30 minutes. The staff was very rude. They told me that this was normal quality for their pretzels and suggested that I was confusing their pretzels with wetzel pretzel. Guess I'll be going there instead!!!
Why do you keep giving customers BURNT pretzels? Horrible Never again at this location.!!. THROW out the BURNT PRETZELS!!!

Pretzels were as good as I remember! The lemonade is my favorite! This is a kiosk inside the Fulton Center station. The service was friendly but they do get busy. If you want pretzel wrapped hot dogs or pretzels then you have to stop by!!

I like Auntie Anne's in general because of the good taste for a good price. The blue raspberry lemonade is my favorite drink. I recommend going here if you want a quick on-the-go bite if you going or returning from a subway trip.
