Used to really like their sandwiches but the quality has gone down. The bread is stale, the flavor is gone. My favorite used to be the seasonal French dip, but upon ordering it recently I received no more than a tablespoon of the au jus. Since it was a to-go order I didn’t realize this until I was at work.The staffing clearly has a high turnover rate and most of the time they are understaffed for the demand during lunch hours. Some of the workers have been very kind.
Quick and delicious cheesesteak. If you are super hungry or sharing with 2 people, get the large. Else, the medium is just right for one person.I enjoy that the bread isn't super toasted and has a nice inside to soak up all the meat juices.Recommendation: get the classic cheesesteak with both the sweet and hot peppers. The peppers adds a nice kick that isn't too spicy contrasting from the savory cheese and meat.

I had never heard of this chain before but was craving a sub sandwich. I was about to head to Subway, which is nearby, but came across this and thought I would check it out. I must say, overall, I was quite happy! I ordered three subs to try and they were all quite tasty. The bread felt fresh and the ingredients taster higher quality than other chains. The menu feels a bit limited and the prices are a bit higher, but overall I am glad to know this is here! The biggest disappointment...read full review
