Mehmet, Cyrille, Deb, and Alok, are the best bartenders ever in the entire new work city. I can’t imagine how they thrive to a higher position considering their time accumulated and their consistent hospitality and immaculate communication to bar regulars. Captains is a magical place. Better than Disney.You can’t walk in there and not have a good time. It’s fluorescent blue light really makes you feel like you’re walking into the gates of heaven. I don’t know another place where you can order a whole branzino, take a gummy bear shot, pet a dog and sing karaoke. As a native New Yorker, I’ve been to a lot of bars here and Captains is one of my favorites. 10/10 would recommend.
