Caravan Uyghur Cuisine is a locally owned halal restaurant in the heart of FiDi. They offer authentic Uyghur dishes and appetizers. For dinner we ordered the Big Chicken plate and the spicy beef noodles.The quality of the food makes up for the delayed wait time in service. It is convenient location, just one block from Wall Street subway station; most close subway is 2 and 3 train. Very unique atmosphere. I had traditional Uyghur laghman (hand pulled noodle) and samsa (samosa). The hand pulled noodles ate very tender, delicious and authentic. The Samosa is also very delicious.

Flavors in every dish we ordered were spot on. Their fried string beans are insanely good, and we literally could not stop eating the fried noodles. Super fair prices too. An amazing edition to the neighborhood!
