Flavors in every dish we ordered were spot on. Their fried string beans are insanely good, and we literally could not stop eating the fried noodles. Super fair prices too. An amazing edition to the neighborhood!

Ordered the small Laghman (hand pulled noodles with beef) and it was delicious! I love Uyghur food and I’ll be back to try the lamb and cabbage

Caravan Uyghur Cuisine is a locally owned halal restaurant in the heart of FiDi. They offer authentic Uyghur dishes and appetizers. For dinner we ordered the Big Chicken plate and the spicy beef noodles. The quality of the food makes up for the delayed wait time in service. Expect a wait, but the quality of the food is worth it!Dietary restrictions: Halal options available

It is convenient location, just one block from Wall Street subway station; most close subway is 2 and 3 train. Very unique atmosphere. I had traditional Uyghur laghman (hand pulled noodle) and samsa (samosa). The hand pulled noodles ate very tender, delicious and authentic. The Samosa is also very delicious.

Amazing food. Great for a large group too. Don't missed the diced noodle dish! The cardamom tea made a good meal perfect.

I am so happy my favorite restaurant in NYC is back in a new location! This restaurant is owned by a lovely family and their food is incredible. Everything on the menu is delicious, my favorites are the manta (lamb dumplings) and stir fry noodles. Everything is hand made so be prepared to wait a bit for the food to come out— don’t worry it will be worth it!

Great new food joint in the hood. I've never had Uyghur food before... it was excellent! Highly recommend! The interior is spartan, but the service was great.
