The electric atmosphere with the passionate and knowledgable service accompanied by one of a kind menu is simply impossible to find in one place. The friendliness of the staff and how quick and attentive they were are what other hospitality establishments should strive for. Thank you for an amazing experience.
Total experience was excellent end to end. Wait staff was on point and even accommodated a drink exchange and recommended some great options to us that were unbelievable. Crowd was great as well. Couldn’t have asked for much more

During dinner last Friday, one of the hostesses (blonde girl) was quite rude to my girlfriends and me for no apparent reason. Strangely, she seemed to be quite friendly and flirtatious with my male friends, which unfortunately ruined our overall experience.

We had a wonderful birthday dinner for my husband last night! The staff was very attentive and prompt! The meals were delicious! We started with the Caesar salad, crab roll, crispy shrimp and our entrees were the snapper, salmon and branzino! Finished with the snickers pie and sorbet trio! There were no complaints!

Overall our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience. The food was delicious and of high quality. Our only complaint was that for the price of the sushi rolls, you would expect between 6-8 pieces instead of 5. The food was pricey but extremely delicious and the portions of the Mac and cheese, fried rice and branzino were enough for us to share. Unfortunately our waiter paid more attention to the table next to us (consisting of his friends), by consistently socializing with them, bringing them free shots from the bar and free items from the kitchen... super annoying.

Worst service made my dinner really bad, the manager gave me an attitude for no reason I was smoking my vape and he yelled at me while I was on a date I even apologized and he still went on with a strong attitude I don’t recommend this
Lovely meal on a busy day, Easter. But that did not detract from the experience at all. Staff was very courteous and food was delicious. Only surprise was the lack of much seafood on the menu, apart from sushi. Even the eggs Benedict were only with ham. Pointing this out specifically because Catch (not Catch Steak) is advertised as a seafood restaurant.

Catch is mediocre at best. It's like a shopping mall restaurant situated in the hip Meatpacking District and it's an overpriced, horrible dining experience. Inexperienced, surly and overworked staff. Overbooked dining room. It will always be packed with tourists and the management will never care to improve the place. If your standards are low, enjoy! If you know what good service and fine good is, do your research and go elsewhere. We were seated at 9pm for an 8pm reservation with no apology. The waiters would not qualify as dishwashers in most good restaurants and I will never come near this place again. Save your money!

If you're after a sophisticated, comfortable conversation & pleasant service dinner - this is not the place for you.Our reservation was at 8pm, we arrived and it took 10 mins to get us seated. They asked for the name under the reservation about 3 times while we waited to get seated - first red flag.We were seated upstairs, with the tables entirely too close to each other. We waited about 25 minutes after being seated to have our food order taken, the waiter interrupted us making the order about 3 times to offer specials and items from parts of the menu that we didn't order from. We knew exactly what we wanted - the upsell was too hard.Our first round of rolls came about 30-35 mins after we ordered which is shockingly long considering we had been in the restaurant for about an hour by then. The food kept coming very slowly, the last 2 courses arrived significantly later than the rolls (even though they were small plates). We intended to have dessert but by the time the food finished arriving and we ate, it was already too late for dessert.Besides the slow service, the restaurant itself was very loud with mostly large groups of people occupying the space. We could not talk without shouting over the people at the tables next to us.To wrap up this experience, our change was handed to us short, presumably on purpose, as we asked for the change when the waiter came to re-confirm if we wanted the change in the first place.The food was fine, good quality but quite overpriced. Drinks were nice, although also quite overpriced for what they are. Very hard upselling throughout dinner to get more food and drinks - we may have gotten less than your average American visitor but asking once would have been enough.Overall, I would not recommend this establishment, you are better off either going somewhere local if you want sushi or choosing a different upscale spot which will have more respect for your time & money.
