Ordered a Cobb Salad, when I got home noticed the bacon was very pink. I shared feedback with the manager Sam. He informed me their Bacon comes fully cooked, however the bacon they use for salads comes from the refrigerator and into the salad. The only bacon that gets toasted are the ones for their sandwhiches. In case your wondering why your bacon looks pink, uncooked and cold this is the reason why.

I've been to many Chic-fil-A. This one is a great one and the staff is very amazing and very helpful. I believe Salanee if I got her name correct and another guy was very helpful to me. They do well and take your order as soon as you get in line, just like the drive-thru.

I love the inside and the food, but I hope this operator would be more diligent in fixing the large groups of delivery people hoarding the storefront. That section is a mess and also an eyesore for community residents. Shame on what we allowed big tech to do to our streets.

Just went in to order. Went to grab my food and take a seat upstairs and was denied seating?? It was a very confusing situation because multiple people who had just arrived after me were allowed to sit and go upstairs?♀️?♀️I paid like everyone else. Disappointed and will not be returning.

Best chicken I’ve had in a while. Well flavored and staff were very nice too. I came in with my little sister and we were taken care of immediately, took approx 10 minutes to get our food, though we didn’t order much. Upstairs atmosphere was very clean and amiable. The only thing I am confused about is why the bathrooms have passcodes but we managed to get in and wash our hands anyways so it wasn’t too big of a deal.Also, their waffle fries is THE BEST!! Would recommend.
Friendliest, Cleanest and most TASTIEST Chicken place in the City, For NYC standards, enjoyed the very courteous staff, Carla was excellent with concierge style service, clean warm upstairs dining room and delicious and fast food. Chicken club and Mac & Cheese great. Lemonade fresh. Feels like a your on a staycation!.:-)
