My husband and I went for lunch here while visiting New York - we were given the perfect spot in the window and staff were so friendly and efficient, and the steak was amazing!! Decorated so lovely for Christmas too.

My sister and I could not wait to visit this restaurant after reading the reviews. Food was delicious, restaurant was lovely and staff were friendly. My only negative to this was everything was great (service wise) until we paid the bill. We spent a good bit as I am sure most do. On leaving the restaurant we said thank you and goodbye (we were sure it was the manager sitting at the end of the bar) and we got nothing back from anyone. I can’t thank the staff (that word seems impersonal!) these people were patient, assisting, personable, and seemed genuinely invested in our having a memorable birthday dinner! We were the last to leave, but they treated us so respectfully! Oh!! Did I mention the food?! Lobster tail, pork chops, creamed spinach, and mashed potatoes. So exceptionally delicious! Extravagant for us, but worth everything!
