A mix between Chinese and Japanese cuisine. We ordered the Hot and Sour soup, Shrimp Fried Rice, Beef Loh Mee, Chicken and Brocolli, as well as the Soup Dumplings. I also saw others having the Hibachi grill and having a good time. The food is tasty and came out really fast. The Soup Dumplings were steaming and delicious. Close to Times Square.
We were craving hibachi while in NYC but really didn’t want to go to the typical chain hibachi place. You’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. Located slightly off Times Square, I spotted Fuji Hibachi on Open Table and the google reviews were great. So I booked a table. This was a great experience.
