Decent food, nothing outstanding where you "need" to eat here. But good enough for what it is.The staff couldn't be less happy to be there, tho. If the theme was "melancholy burger" or "indifferent burger" they'd be perfectly in-character. But, service aside, a solid 'C level' eatery.The SmashTots are heavy on the garlic, just FYI.
I was quite disappointed in the service and food here. The cashiere was not at all attentive and kept questioning what we ordered. She did not tell us there was a code for the restrooms. She did not get our order correct. The burgers were tasty but very thin. The onion rings were overcooked and dry and tasted only like fry oil. The seating area and restrooms were filthy. After we left here hungry and disappointed we had to find more food.

Food was fantastic, however the rating reflects the service received and the atmosphere in the store - staff rude and more interested in their phones than their customers, understand it’s a fast food place but would still expect some level of decent service when ordering.
