Went by Despaña for what was supposed to be a quick lunch stop, but we ended up having lunch inside to enjoy the lovely ambience. The place is run by people that truly care about their produce, and you can taste it as well. We went for two toasted sandwiches, I really recommend visiting!
Authentic and quality Spanish ingredients. You can also get something to eat at the place in a bunch of tables they have: a few tapas and wine. But the strong point is the sort of market with all quality goods from Spain: jamón ibérico, anchoas, bonito, arroz bomba, judión de la granja, fabes, morcillas, chorizos, quesos, almendras marcona, vinagre de jerez, aceite de oliva… the list goes on. wonderful tapas place! lots of food to taste from ham and cheese to sardines and olives. also some nice authentic spanish dishes like patatas rojo or fried cheese balls with a mix of meat/cheese inside (just godlike). couple of open wines to taste and a nice collection of bottled ones. overall awesome
