They are never open on time. When I went today I find them hanging around instead of being productive. Didn’t say good morning just stared with a mean expression. Then when I initiated the conversation there was silence. The staff is always either meeting up because they don’t listen or they are just plain being lazy. I rather prefer the young girl with dark skin, she’s so much nicer, is always active and she’s just overall attentive. She’s the only reason there are any stars on my review.

Was about to buy $17+ in food and drinks and they tried to charge me $1+ for a cup of ice. I've been to dozens of Dunkin donuts (including this one). Charging for ice when you are already buying their drinks should be illegal.

You place the order at the machine and when you go to pick it up they tell you that they don't have those donuts, but the coffee has already been served to you. Notice must be given in advance.

For The price I expect somewhat edible food, hash browns were soggy and my croissant looked like it was left over from yesterday. You're better off buying the ingredients and making breakfast yourself.
