You place the order at the machine and when you go to pick it up they tell you that they don't have those donuts, but the coffee has already been served to you. Notice must be given in advance.
I'm sitting here at work hungry with something I can't eat because a half hour ago this place handed me a toasted bagel that was soggy on one side and too tough to even bite through on the other...will avoid in future.
