Service is good. You can definitely expect to get fast. It's faster than most places in the terminal as far as getting what you order by the time the ferry opens if you're ordering last minute. Anytime I have an issue they are quick to fix it. My hot coffee though is a hit or miss. But that's usually because they don't mix it once they make a drink order depends on the person. They have an area to eat at but it's standing only
There is so much to say about this dunkin. For one some of the workers are just horrible and they have horrible customer service. There is are 2 specific workers who ALWAYS cuts me and my friend off when we order our coffee or just anything in general and rushes us just to get our order wrong. One of them got my friend's drink wrong and would ignore her when we were saying excuse me to get her attention to fix it. We were lucky to come across Dunkin Donuts at the Staten Island’s Ferry Terminal while waiting for the ferry, as we were feeling a bit hungry. We bought six donuts and they tasted fresh and delicious. We got four with rainbow sprinkles and two plain glazed ones. Yummy!
