I'm a fan of Dunkin donuts but this was a poor experience. I bought four donuts at 9:30pm. Was that a bad idea? Should they not still be amazingly fresh? There's nothing quite like a fresh donut and there's nothing quite like a seemingly week old donut. $10 for four inedible donuts is too much. I didn't taste these donuts until I got back to my hotel room and by then the store was closed. Perhaps I could have gone back and returned them the next day. We shall never know.

Yesterday I almost got assaulted the employee they absolutely did nothing two ladies accused and being harassed verbally by a individual that does not work and was begging for money subsequently. I told him that he had to leave because he was also asking me for money the man was completely mental a group of individuals that sell drugs right in front of the dunkin' donuts saw what was happening one of those individuals came inside looking for a fight with me just because I told him I didn't have any ? money.Not only should this employee be fired but he is complicit in his attitude. He permits homeless individuals to solicit

Got breakfast here and I feel like I got robbed coffee was disgusting taste like it’s reused coffee beans that’s watered down the beagle was hard the eggs and sausage was cold the hash brown was cold and taste really old had no flavor will never give money to Dunkin’ Donuts again I’m done with this

On our donut route ? we wanted to try this franchise that is also in Spain ??We ordered the "strawberry? frosted with sprinkles" Donuts ? because we saw ? that it had the staff fav badge ?The flavor of the frosting didn't taste like strawberry to us , it was more like pink panther scones or strawberry bubblegum.We also noticed that the dough was a bit hard?, not as fluffy as the other donut places we tried. We went first thing in the morning, it could be a donut from the day before??♀️It's okay that they tell you more calories ?️♀️ that each donut has?We thought that in Spain ?? we have more different flavors. In this place there were only 4/5 different ones, in Spain we have Oreo, KitKat, more filling flavors...? As for the local, it's pretty small. There is practically no one to eat inside?. The normal thing is to take it and take it with you?

This has to be the smallest Dunkin ever.I hear my neighbors talking about it but I had to see it for myself.its right behind the bus stop on 42nd street nr 8th ave,its kind of hidden by the construction site to it's right but the correct address is 303 west 42st near 8th ave.I arrived on Sunday morning around 9:20 it's so small that the 2nd person in line was right against the front door.The menu is huge posted on the back wall overhead but I really didn't have time to read it,so I ordered the 2 things I was most familiar with small coffee 2.79 and Egg and cheese croissant 3.69.The store is manned by 2 servers and 1 manager,they appear to be Latino,and they're very fast and efficient.The store is very,very clean.When I asked for a senior discount she called the manager who rang it up in 1minute.They also have a very good rewards program.As I rushed there very quickly I didn't bring my phone so I can't tell you whether the place has wifi or even donuts,it definitely doesn't have ice cream just the essentials.These ladies are very fast but this was Sunday morning so I don't know it would work on the weekday,as there's not much space to stand.The servers are not wearing masks which I think is a huge mistake as if anyone catches the flu or a cold they won't be able to handle all of the patrons unless they have backup.
