I had the pumpkin spice doughnut and small coffee, cream and sugar. They always get the ratio just the way I like it.The attendant did an exceptional job keeping the place tidy and clean. He may have been the manager. I'm not sure. I wish I had gotten his name. I enjoyed the Astoria seen.

Very bad service. The seller treated us very badly, he raised his voice at us and didn't understand anything we said to him, he didn't know how to speak English. A rude, and unpleasant person.It was today, October 28th at 6pm.

Nice dunkin spot, as it's like the usual dunkin stores. It has a nice size area where you can stand and wait for your order while other stand on line. The people working here are nice and patient. I've visited a few times and service is pretty quick. If you have a mobile order, you need to go up to the area where it's mobile pick up and provide your name. They keep mobile orders behind the counter, to ensure you get the correct order--this is something I highly appreciate!I would definitely visit again.

What can I say about this Dunkin location?! The staff and servers are amazing and most importantly you’re greeted with a smile from Eva who always gets your order correct. Love it here and by far the flagship of the chain in Manhattan.

They tried to charge me $68.50 for a box of hot water. Argued with me in front of customers about the cost of hot water. Poor customer service. They literally laughed at me. I called ahead of time to confirm my strange order of hot water (a box of it) and they said they will charge me for a small iced coffee since they didn’t have a button for it. I said great, walked over and then the $68.50 happened. For hot water. I just needed hot water for a kids science show thing that requires it. Never going back.

Very poor experience. Store is a dirty mess, with overflowing garbage, trash on counters and floor (see pic)... staff slow and disengaged, and Boston Creme donut I got was stale -- dry and tough. Even though it's just a block from my apartment, never again.
As good as can be for a Dunkin' location. I needed to complete a call and some emails in a pinch before my phone died, so I didn't appreciate how half of the electrical outlets weren't operational. Nevertheless, the staff were respectful and preferred to hand you your order in hand instead of leaving it on the counter. Does the job overall!

We just visited dunkin donuts on 97 st. And Madison Avenue I have encountered the rudest cashier worker ever. I normally don't write reviews but this has to be told. We went in and we ordered some doughnuts and 1 bagel. The employee begins to rush me as I am trying to see my options. Then he proceeds to say that he charged us 69¢ more and to give it to him. I gave him a dollar and waited 5 minutes to get my change back and then waited 10 more minutes as we politely asked for it repeatedly and then throws it in our face and didnt even pack the stuff. The employee was the rudest and most prejudice individual I have ever encountered. I will definitely not let my friends and family visit this establishment again. He should be replaced.
