I’m a big fan of Dunkin’ but for this particular locations I have my reservations. “Why?” You may ask. Unfortunately, it depends on who assists you. If you go in the mornings, there is a gentleman who lacks customer’s skills, who will not smile or make you feel welcome. He even gives you an attitude if hesitate too long while ordering. One employee always left alone causing long lines to form. I've been ripped off on the amount of hash browns per order here specifically at the location. Attitudes can be better!

I don't know if anyone will ever see this in corporate but you need to give the older Dominican man that works mornings here a raise! He is so sweet and ALWAYS by himself no one ever helps him and he gets everyone's orders correctly and he works fast and accurately and is so well under pressure. Give that man a raise he's a very hard worker.
