The pasta class is such a wonderful experience. It was everything I hoped it would be and maybe a little more. Jacob is fantastic, and the experience is just so unique among NYC restaurants. Had an amazing time yesterday at Forsythia!! The vibes, food, service were all phenomenal. I went in a party of 4 and dined family style to try as many things as possible! We also had a treasure allergy in the group and the waitress was very attentive to that, which was extremely appreciated. We also split a bottle of red wine that was fantastic. This place is fantastic! Been following them on instagram for a while and finally got to experience this culinary gem. You must make a reservation! A while in advance too. We did the tasting menu for $109/each. This included 4 apps and 4 pastas. The insalata, maiale (pork belly), and suppli were delicious.
