This is a very traditional, dedicated, and sophisticated Japanese restaurant. I came for lunch and the service was surprisingly warm and professional. Chirashi has a choice of regular and deluxe versions, 29 and 45 from my memory. The deluxe chirashi I chose was made live before your eyes accompanied by chu-toro and o-toro. Each sashimi was chosen fresh and cut to perfection! The restaurant that made me feel lucky.
