This place is about top notch broth. Started off with soup gyoza. Totally cleaned up the bowl.. LOL. As for the new Tokyo Style Soyu Ramen, the truffle oil gave a twist to the first taste of the amazing chicken soyu broth. Place is a bit small and cramped.
Stopped in for dinner on a Thurs nite with 3 adults and two kids. Small dining room with only 9 high tops but they accommodated us happily and brought out extra bowls for the kiddos to share the ramen order. Excellent ramen and bao buns. Made right next to us. Would love to go back.

Absolutely wonderful bowl of ramen. I had the New Tokyo ramen and the broth was perfectly layered with flavor. It's not as clean as something like Tsutas, but very enjoyable in its own way. The only thing I can knock is the chicken, which was a tad dry.
