Updated Oct 2023 review: I came back here hoping to experience some of the magic of Jack's that I remember from living next door years ago. The coffee was still as good as I remember but I miss the Jack's vibe from all the community members (old and young) hanging out, reading the morning paper, or just chilling with their dog out front. The staff also werent as warm and welcoming as I was used to. I probably won't visit again so I can still keep some of the magic in my memory....read full review
I came here because my tour guide says it’s the best coffee shop in town … may be it was but definitely not when I was there. I ordered just a black stir brew and was very disappointed when the coffee tasted a bit sour. May be it’s just my luck but i think the beans are not as fresh as it should be.But the place has a cozy feel and it’s in a nice part of town. Would’ve been nice if the coffee was good!
