This review is for Christine/Kristin who worked the cashier when I picked up my MealPal today! Just Salad needs to give her a raise! She greeted everyone with a smile and kind words: customers, delivery drivers, and coworkers. She had utensils ready for people before they could ask! As a bred and born New Yorker used to the roughness of folks, Christine/Kristin is a ray of sunshine in a dreary city… I hope you have a wonderful life Christine ❤️Also the Peruvian Chicken was so yummy and healthy ?

Grabbed a take away salad from here (Tokyo Supergreen). The salad was excellent. The service wasn’t great though.At the time I was the only client in these, bar a customer paying at the till.There were at least half a dozen staff chatting amongst themselves. I stood there waiting wondering if I was supposed to go to till first to ask to be served.I was about to go all at till when what I presume was a manager, asked if I was being served. When she realised I wasn’t, she asked a staff member to serve me. The staff member who did eventually serve me was rather disinterested and not very helpful to be honest. All in all, I would return as food was good, and I think better salads than Sweetgreen, but poor service lets the place down.

Just salads, like the name. Few small seats you can eat at if needed. But their goal is to get you in and out as fast as possible. They have a reusable bowl you can purchase as well. Service was good they explained whatever you needed.
