When it was Fika...it was pretty good. However since the Kafi name change it is a revolving door of employees that have no idea what they are doing and have zero customer service and coffee making skills. The coffee is absolutely disgusting, avoid at all costs.
I made this reservation in late December 2017 and it was confirmed by OpenTable. however, it turns out the restaurant closed its door at the end of December without OpenTable or the restaurant giving us any notice. Now Opentable wants me to review!! Get your act together or get out of the business!

Rude, pompous, overstaffed (yet oddly slow) cafe nestled in corner of beauty department. Staff is unhelpful & arrogant. Wouldn’t correct order. Overpriced water. Food looked ok though but wouldn’t eat there.
