“Typical KFC taste, I went here for a quick lunch after arriving at NYC. If you are new in town and have no idea where to get some lunch/dinner, I recommend this. French fries are the best!Dine-in experience was okay but I was quite shocked when there was a homeless man coming in and sit in one of the table there. He was there for quite some time and no treatment was made by the staff. Someone finally bought some food for him and he just ate there. I am not sure how the other guest feeling, but for NY-ers it is a common happening. If you are a tourist and new in town, just don’t feel threatened or weird.“
“I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service here! I don't know if it was because the place was empty, but the employee who helped me treated me super-attentively and polite! That is the reason why I decided to leave a review...Kid-friendliness: Clean and maintained space. Stroller slotsb baby chair and boosters.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair assigned seating.“
“The fast food place is nice . I came in to get a quick meal . On my way home . They were playing hip hop music . Although the staff was busy . They were fast and professional. The manager was nice and friendly. I understand that there jobs are stressful yet because they have a the manager . Who is not only leading but engage you can see that his staff was cohesive making that KFC stand out from the rest in service .“
“Good food, thighs were a bit small but delicious. Service was horrid, young ghetto employees much rather chit chat and play on the phones rather than take orders. A few potential customers impatiently walked away but that attitude and horrible service was assurance the food would be banging and I was right.“
“Spicy claw wrap is my go-to. Staff friendly.Kid-friendliness: Staff was very sweet to little man. Making him laugh as we waited in the very fast moving line.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp at the entrance, with 2 sets of double doors for any and all size strollers and wheelchairs.“
