Had a great experience at this location. I had the gluten-free bread avocado toast with smoked salmon and it was delicious. The staff were very nice and friendly. Overall great experience definitely will go back.

We had such an enjoyable experience at this particular LPQ, and want to thank our server Alexandra for her wonderful service and kindness. Very kid-friendly.

It’s a LPQ. That’s French for “the regular bread”. Their bread is fairly regular.

We used to eat at Le Pain Quotidien often, but hadn't been for a few years. Went for lunch today at Yorkville location and could not have been more disappointed. Gone are the days of the lovely tartines! The ham and Gruyère sandwich was paltry, to put it mildly - a big doughy bun with one piece of ham and cheese melted to the point it was unrecognizable. And they had the gall to charge $16! The lentil bowl was described as coming with "artisanal" bread. It arrived with no bread and when asked, the waiter said, "oh, you want bread?" Then he brought two small semi-stale hunks. Will not be going back.

Lovely Cafe and nice service. We were a big group and it was a smooth experience. The Belgian hot chocolate was so nice. The pastries were fresh and good. I had the coconut ? macaroon.

Best Gazpacho in NYC! The quiche is heavenly and breads are delectable. Easy country charm interiors at each location. A great lunch spot!

Great service, always friendly and knowledgeable.. This has been my breakfast spot since before they expanded. Always fresh and delicious. The menu is almost entirely organic and they have several vegan options too!!

Major bummer. I live above this place and really want to like it but only went once in a year because the coffee was so bad and it took like 15 minutes for them to make it without any line. Decided to give them another chance after a little over a year. I placed a pick up order and went downstairs to grab it. The croque was actually insulting. One tiny piece of cheese in the center of bread with tons of empty bread space. Probably a teaspoon of bechamel tops and one tiny thin slice of ham that also did not meet the edge of the bread. I understand we are in an inflationary economy but this item was not cheap. At that price point you could certainly do better. I think what irks me the most is that this is not how the item was presented in photos both in the LPQ website and on seamless. I know what the LPQ company envisions the item to be yet somewhere between the vision and the customers plate there is a disconnect. This location is poorly managed at best, with a reckless disregard for customer satisfaction. I won't be returning.

The tomato soup is simply crushed tomatoes and herbs with minimal liquid content. The iced latte is bitter and does not compare to the iced latte from Paris Baguette, or anywhere else. The atmosphere is fine, but for some reason another patron felt the need to indicate to me that he was satisfied that I was sitting facing him so that he could look at me? Very strange experience really. Besides this, the service was beyond spectacular, the gentleman who was working the floor today 12/28/23 at about 3pm was just the nicest and most attentive.

I come here often, as I live in the area. The staff during the week are nicer and more competent than the weekend staff. However, with that said, I would still recommend this place because the food and bakery are legit. They also have cold brew in addition to iced coffee all year round. They always have a good spread for their TooGoodToGo orders too.
