The flavors in the grab hand roll set were dynamic and delicious. Jesse helped me out with some recommendations and even asked the chef for more sauce on my a-la carte order. I had the hand roll set and had to go back for a little more! Worth checking out.
Maki Kosaka has a lot of great things going for it, but has a few misses that make me unable to rate it the full 5 stars. A great note to start: I was able to get a reservation here day-of on a Friday night for 2 people easily. When you walk in, it's a 2 section restaurant with a small bar/waiting area up front, and a huge space in the back with the counter wrapping around the center chef space.
