The venue is very beautiful. You can see the beautiful scenery as soon as you enter the door. The waiters are very friendly, but the coffee and desserts are just mediocre. The desserts are really neither sweet nor salty, just floury.

Today just didn’t work. Strange ? We have visited this change several times around Manhattan. This particular store had a small all black coffee. Very weak. Not much coffee “bang for your bucks here” was just 50min before closing. Still a line had formed. Only 2 girls behind the counter and one was busy cleaning up. Guess they wanted to finish and get out there ignoring the line of customers that was forming. ??My Privious visits to other shops of this chain was far more enjoyable.HugsEnjoy. ☺️

We love Maman but this location is a real mess. 30 min queueing up for a coffee. The coffee was boiling got and therefore burnt. The 3 employees taking orders are extremely disorganised and inefficient. Very dissapointing!

I really enjoyed the pastries and the coffee tasted good. One star less because the to go cup was a plain cup inside a fancy one and the topper didn't really fit. Coffee dripped in-between the both cups and everytime I took a sip it got worse. It was a mess. I had a small sized beverage if it helps you to resolve this issue.Cheers
Next block to Whitney for a short stop. Many interesting pastry options. Cafe is nicely decor and coffee is decent. Barista is busy with orders and impatient when I try to confirm which orders are mine. Understandable but put on a sticker like Starbucks so I don’t need to ask again.

Great food, great service, and great atmosphere. We ate here after visiting the Whitney Museum. It wasn't too crowded. We ordered dumplings soup and noodles. The Thai Bubble tea was also delicious and perfectly sweetened.
