Homeless people are constantly coming in asking for food. Laying down in the booths with hands down their pants. There were families just a couple of seats away. Such a shame 2 floors, stick to the ground level. Take to go only!!
They have to be very careful. I went on Tuesday, December 5, and my granddaughter wanted to go into the women's bathroom and when we went in, a man came out. They have to be much more careful, in that case, you see so many things right now.

I realize that this is a busy location but I placed a mobile app order. Received notification that it would be ready in 2-5 minutes. About 10 minutes after placing the order, I received an email telling me my order was ready. I stood near the counter and saw my order in the back counter. I watched them move my order 9 times to the side to make someone else's order. it took 22 minutes to get my order. By that time the hot chocolate that was order was made 20 minutes earlier...read full review
