Went here three times and the third time ofc being my last due to my experience. All three times was the same experience. The food was good no problem there. But when it’s not busy and I’m waiting 20 minutes for a simple order, that’s an issue. The crew does not communicate anything to me as I’m requesting an update. All I order was a strawberry milkshake and two orders of fries, and a burger.Had I known the fries were gonna be cold and not fully fried, I would've just gotten the burger and shake.And when it comes to the wait for my order... makes me think this isn't a fast food chain.What happened to McDonald's????

1- Food = Average 3/5. Worst food an adult can eat but many tasty choices to indulge and enjoy that’s no longer affordable. This particular McDonalds ALWAYS under fills our French Fries and gives us half an order.2- Service = Average 3/5. This is McDonald’s not Chick-Fil-A.3- Ambiance = Below Average 2/5.
