The people working there are so nice and helpful. I wish I knew the name of the lady that helped me but unfortunately did not ask. The manager certainly did a good job with the hiring process - something I’ve seen a lack of in soho recently. Would absolutely recommend going to this store if you need help with anything. Great selection of things too.
This Nespresso store has prime location being right on the corner on Prince Street so you can hop on and off the subway if you need to grab you coffee needs which is convenient. The downer part of the store is they are fairly packed most of the time and the employees move slower than snails, and the customers are clueless because they are not given a chance to look at the coffee options prior to joining the queue. Probably the slowest Nespresso shop in the world which is unfortunate.
