Palma in NYC is a magical restaurant with candlelight, roses, and homemade pasta. The arancini and spinach ravioli are perfection, though the focaccia was missed. Despite a non-service dog at a nearby table, the friendly service and delicious food made for an awesome meal, even when seated street side due to a wedding. A great spot for a date night dinner.
