THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! Poor quality. I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. The Whole sandwich. I went to take a bite and noticed how rubbery the chicken was. Come to find out my entire sandwich was chicken skin. You can see provided in the photo. I’m very upset because I ordered this for my lunch break and now I have nothing to eat for my lunch. I also tried calling to speak to a manager 3x and no one picks up the phone.
I would highly recommend going to any other coffee shop besides this one. I am a huge fan of panera since they made their sip clubs. Love their coffee! However, this location really is awful! They never have anything in stock and there is absolutely not staff to help you. You order on your phone or a kiosk and the food shows up. Late. There is no seating at all in this place. Just a bunch of countered covered in trash and no restrooms either. IG: QueenOfAdventureNYC
