Yummy! Small little shop next to Bryant Park. It’s not Chinatown price but the location is convenient if you’re in midtown. Ingredients are fresh and pho is so good. People are very nice too!
I stopped by for lunch on a weekday and there were a lot of customers who seemed to be office workers nearby.I had Flank and Brisket and it tasted just like the Vietnamese rice noodles I usually eat. I only ate cilantro because I couldn't eat it (no cilantro, no cilantro).

I had pho, bun mi sandwich, and vermicelli noodles (bahn mi and vermicelli noodle pictures not included). The pho was very bland, not a lot of flavor, a 2/5. The bun mi was good a solid 4/5. The vermicelli noodles was a 3/5. They’ll sit you and serve you but forget to check in on you which is why I rate it 3/5. When you’re done you just have to go up and pay for your food.
