Definitely another restaurant on my fav list! My friends and I came to the 51st location on Sunday afternoon and really enjoyed our experience. The portions were generous and the food tasted great. I had the enchiladas. The bartender waited on us and he was wonderful. The drinks were exactly how they should be. (flavorful and not weak.)The atmosphere is cute, quirky and cozy. They have both inside and outside dining. Definitely will be back!

I went to this place with my mom a while ago and literally EVERYTHING!! About it was amazing! All the workers there were super kind and friendly. Their foods and drinks are absolutely delicious! Even before you order a drink they bring out salsa and chips which is very kind. The atmosphere is amazing and accommodate to anyone! I recommend to anyone in NYC visiting or staying and need somewhere to eat!

I love the enchiladas here, great corn tortillas, salsas, rice and beans. My husband, however, is not such a fan of the meat dishes. We like the service and the extensive tequilas, but the restaurant can be noisy.

It’s so beautiful and relaxing in here at the same time. Whether it’s a nice classy date, a remembrance dinner, anniversary, or even before work (me rn at a table for one cooling down before bartending) it’s a great vibe. The wait staff is so nice the hostesses are so kind. Amazing place and amazing food the display is amazing but tastes fantastic! Much love ?

I would love to give them 5 stars but we didn't have a perfect experience... Close to it though. My biggest complaint was that they entirely forgot to bring one item we ordered, but honestly the rest of the food was so delicious and filling I didn't really miss the item. They gave no issue removing it from the bill and otherwise were courteous, present, and considerate. I am pretty sure it was a manager who waited on us based on his demeanour and perhaps that's why we got great service (besides the missing item). Everything we ordered was delicious. If you want a fresh guacamole for your meal tell them to bring it out with your food because if you get it as an appetizer you will likely finish it before your food comes because it's so good. We also ordered the Mac and cheese (I know from a Mexican place) for our toddler and it was so good I ended up finishing it. I would highly recommend this place.Vegetarian options: They have several vege options and told us their black beans were made with no meat stock it lard like many other places do.

I must say, I moved here from LA and was missing Mexican cuisine, but this is the BEST Mexican restaurant in the country! The service is impeccable and you feel an amazing energy when you step in. Best guacamole I’ve ever had, best sweet corn esquites ever, best fried plantanes ever, best ceviche ever, and best salsa and tortilla chips ever! Definitely coming back here
Very busy and lively. Friday night crowd was bustling. Very efficient wait staff. Kitchen was cranking out food at a great pace. Overall, great night out. Mexican Fried Rice was to die for.
