I really like this place. The vibe is really great -- it is on the second floor (above *another* ramen place, ironically), and is very well-decorated. It really feels like you are in Japan. I sat at the bar, though they have several small tables in areas that seem great for an dinner with a few friends. The ramen was very good. Service was friendly.
Hide chan is a casual neighborhood spot that doesn’t ever seem to have a wait. The service is chill, the food is solid, and the music is low enough to have a proper conversation.I got the classic ramen and thought the broth was delicious and appropriately seasoned. Other people in the party ordered the miso and red dragon ramen — all broths were solid but some were saltier than others.

This ramen place is a true gem, and their deluxe option with pork broth is an absolute delight. From the moment you take your first sip of the rich, flavorful broth, you know you're in for a treat. The pork is tender and succulent, and the noodles have the perfect texture. It's a symphony of flavors that leaves you craving more with every slurp. Belissimo doesn't even begin to describe it! If you're a ramen lover, this place is a must-visit.
