I am so sad to give this place a low rating. Their customer service was so rude and not understanding at all!! I went to New York for my birthday with a few friends which I was so excited for, but unfortunately my friend got severely sick and we had to rush home. I called the place to ask for a refund or to use the deposit for another day and they said no! I find this so unreasonable since she was legit throwing up sick and we had to go home. We also live in Jersey so we had to travel and it was my BIRTHDAY! And they were incredibly rude and not understanding at all! I get it if someone were to last minute cancel or not show up but this was an EMERGENCY! And they still did not care and said I could not be refunded or even use the deposit foe another day. So yay me I lost $125 for my birthday. Messed up, don’t go here! I don’t support rude corporate company’s.
