the pork rib starter is pricy for the amount of meat you get, but they are a must-try - they’re easily the best ribs i’ve had. crispy, tender, and tons of flavorand of course you have to get the bone marrow ramen, which is amazing!!!
Blown away like a torpedo out of the water ? ?Michelin star quality BROTH with beef bone marrow. ??Ramen was good but the broth, oh the broth, no words …. I grew up here and ate pretty much at all the Asian hot spots from Mott St to cheap eats on Christie St. I wouldn’t have to pay more than $3.50 - $12 for a bowl of noodles.So $21 for this beef bone marrow ramen aka GYUKOTSU is damn excessive but rightly justified. Friendly staff, excellent food, seriously I have only had better takoyaki in actual Tokyo and even then it was pretty close so far best takoyaki in New York. The atmosphere is both comfortable while fitting the bar theme.
