Very rarely am I blown away by “hyped up places” these days but this is one of the few. Came here with a friend with no reservation on the weekend and was seated outside within 10 mins! The staff was beyond kind and helpful. We were super excited to try the food here so we ordered a bunch including matchas, the cardamom bun, the sweet potato & leek soup, the veggie sandwich with smoked salmon, and the crispy potato smørrebrød. Visited for lunch, the herring open face sandwiches were great! Really well-made and flavorful. Their curry herring was my favorite! It’s a very small restaurant and it looks like they get super crowded during peak times. Highly suggest a reservation if you’re visiting on the weekends.
