Gentleman [I didn't ask his name but should have] who's last day of employment at the 47th & Broadway location was 09/01/23 served me well, as he always had for the previous nine months. Superb service.
This is not my favorite Starbucks considering that it is located in Times Square and would it expect it to be much nicer. I came here to get a little work done while enjoying my drink. My pumpkin spice latte was very tasty but what was disappointing was that the wifi wasn't work so I was not able to get any work done. When the issue was addressed to an employee, they said they would tell the manager. I was there for two hours and the issue never got resolved. I will now avoid...read full review

Ok… this is one of the busiest and largest Starbucks I’ve been to in NYC. Menu is the same except they have a Reserve bar with exotic beans/blends. I admired how fast and friendly the baristas are.
