I really like the Customer Service here to the point.I wanted to write this review and I don’t mind catching a Metro to be treated with respect and kindness.I have been a loyal customer for years to Starbucks.There and Jamaal kind attitude is greatly appreciated.
Pretty nice Starbucks with a cool decor. They definitely put some effort into the design elements for the space they had to work with, along with some art and a creative flair. Good wifi, places to sit, easy and quick ordering (heck, it was just an iced coffee), and the staff seemed ok here. They even have a bathroom available. No major complaints.

Great atmosphere and spacious spot, something remarkable in NYC. But coffees were non consistent, we ordered 3 identical and each tasted different s ok we had to ask the staff to do them again, then the second round pf coffees came excellent.
