The coffee is on point, the place is clean and th workers are nice HOWEVER they have a problem with the rain coming in form some leaks by the windows...so it was very uncomfortable sitting there yesterday when it was raining hard outside and the rain was also coming in on the inside. Overall, it's a nice spot but the leaking is a definite problem
