(4.5 stars) Extremely attentive service, quiet and relaxed yet intricate ambience. The food was very reasonably priced (for NY prices) for modern Chinese cuisine. I came here for Valentine's day with my partner and the experience was out of this world. We started off with sparkling, glittery Prosecco and lychee shrimp balls. The presentation of the shrimp was amazingly unexpected as it came perched on a gold tree with smoke emerging from the bottom. The plating was one thing but we were obsessed with the taste. Very fine restaurant. Delicious food. Nice owner. Pretty setting. Tables are not crowded together. Quality and level of music are a relief from loud and alternate rock bands. Children are welcome. An alcove is available for larger parties.
