Listen RUN dont WALK to Tatiana's! Once you can get that reservation make sure you go! I went for my brother's birthday dinner and EVERYTHING from the ambiance to the drinks to the food was excellent. The staff was very nice also, and the management was top tier! I will definitely be back. We literally tried everything on the menu except 4 things! Oh and the dessert ....THE GOLDEN RUM CAKE AND THE BODEGA SPECIAL was EVERYTHING!!!! Will dine again VERY SOON!Dietary restrictions: The waiter or waitress asks if the table has any allergies!Parking: The later you go in the day the easier to find parking on the street. If you go earlier in the day go to a parking garage!

The women at the greeting desk was incredibly rude and did not for one Nano second make me feel likes I mattered. What a shame. And it was my friend’s 88th birthday! 5:00 4/19.

Service was great amazing atmosphere.. intimate! Food portions are small. Restaurant is kinda small reason why it’s always booked out ! But the pepper sauce reminded me of home just needed a drop! Me and my bf shared the short ribs.. very tender and tasty .. spicy margarita wasn’t nothing short of amazing ..

Possibly the most flavorful meal I’ve had in NYC to date. Chef Kwame does not skimp on the spices and everything I ate left my tongue tingling in a good way!The oxtails were my personal favorite, but don’t sleep on the black bean hummus or the piri piri salad. The short rib pastrami was also delicious. We had the bodega special and the rum cake for dessert — my partner LOVED the rum cake. It was a little heavy on the rum for me but it was very very good. The bodega special was creative and delicious — I was especially impressed that the powdered donut ice cream both looked and tasted exactly like the ones from those entemann’s packs. My partner has a shellfish allergy and the waiter was helpful in pointing out which items had cross contamination, as there was a fair bit of shellfish on the menu.

I cannot say enough about this exceptional restaurant. I have been following the chef for some time and finally was able to get a reservation for my anniversary. The location is in the middle of Lincoln Center and was beyond gorgeous to compliment this equally elegant restaurant. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by friendly staff who were immediately attentive and responsive and didn't feel pretentious or stuffy. I started at the bar and enjoyed two cocktails while I waited for my plus 1. The drinks were fantastic. By the way, I am a mixologist who travels to exceptional cocktail bars. This place had drinks that stood out. They were refreshing, while spirited and tasty. The nut cracker was not too boozy, but a delightful game changer like I have never had before (I usually hate this drink made by other establishments). Then, once we were seated, we ordered a medley of dishes from the Hamachi Eschovitch, to the Oxtail and Crab Rangoon and the Egusi Dumplings to start. Everything we ordered was eclectic, unique and truly melted in your mouth. Some items had a bit of a kick, but nothing overwhelming (except for the side sauce provided - beware). Then, for dinner, we enjoyed the Sofrito Roasted Chicken which was perfectly cooked, juicy and had an assortment of flavors and reminders of my childhood (just like grandma made). We also ordered Mom's Shrimp Dish which was another award winning dish. For dessert, we ended the meal with the rum cake. Spectacular! I highly recommend this phenomenal restaurant for a unique and exceptional culinary experience. Kudos to Kwame and wishing you much success.Parking: Parking is expensive. Take the train instead or a taxi. Both more affordable options.

Amazing service, good food, but I'm not sure it's worth the price & hype. Worth a try but I don't think I'll be back.

After much waiting to get a reservation, my Partner and I were thrilled to experience Tatiana. We mainly enjoyed the appetizers (Black Bean Hummus and Crab Rangoon). However, to our surprise, when we asked for extra Pita bread, we were charged $12 extra on a $18 dish. I don't mind paying for great food, but the lack of price transparency was a major red flag. We also had the Pastrami, which was extremely salty. The tables were close together and wobbled and the vibe was chill, but Tatiana was neither the luxurious experience we waited for and certainly was overpriced.

The food was great - we love the appetizers and the main dish! For appetizers - the hummus are really good. The advocado fruit salad was a decent surprise, yummy and refreshing. For the main dish, the oxtail is simply amazing. Super soft and gentle, and it melts as you put it in your mouth. For the sides, both the rice and the okra are really really good. Our eyes were wide open when we first try the okra. The only things that’s a bit of a pity is the dessert. Given all the appetizers and main dishes are very well seasoned, you would like to have something lighter to end the meal. However the desserts are pretty heavy, thus making us feeling over-full after the meal. The atmosphere is great, but it’s really loud and hard to hear each other if you go in a larger group.

Oxtail— the best thing I had here. It tasted like it was stewed over days, the meat fell right off the bone and it was so juicy and flavorful. The only thing it needed was some balance—the rice was too little and there really needed more citrus or salad or something to balance out this dish as it’s quite greasy.Fried okra—did not like, way too overcooked. Didn’t taste the okra at all as I felt like it was just eating fried/burn/dry fiberPeri salad—decently flavored salad. Except I was confused by the grape. Maybe it’s just me as I’m not a grape fan but I didn’t think it belonged.Dumplings—I thought this was average. But my husband thought it was amazingBrownie and ice cream—ice cream was so good, the texture was so thick and creamy, it’s almost like half way between ice cream and frozen soft cheese. Brownie was too sweet and heavy, I think this could have been a much better dish if it was instead a cake or something lighter

Tried for months & months & months to get a reservation & finally dined there last night. The food was delicious & fantastically different. The service was amazing & the ambience modern & lovely! Clean & chic! We followed the suggestions of our waitress & shared many of the dishes on the menu. The prawns were a favorite. We each loved our various cocktails & our wine was delicious too. The desserts were unique & we gobbled them down too. WORTH WAITING FOR, it didn’t disappoint in any way!

Came for a special occasion - The vibes are definitely fun with loud rap music? dancing waiters, and overall really happy people. It’s super fun!yet I think the food is nothing special. Honestly it’s average. We had the crab dumpling, goat fritter as well as the cucumber salad and the short rib pastrami main. Nothing is worth it given price and small size. The goAt was mostly dough, the salad was Measly, and the pastrami was average. Crab dumpling was not good, at all. Doughy.Service is nice but not “good” - slow and strangely out of place for fine dining (and associated price point).Do not eat hot sauce on table unless prepared for oral inferno!!’The drinks are good.
